Are you ready to take your basketball game to the next level? J Los Angeles is excited to announce an open tryout for talented 10U and 13U athletes to join Elite Hoops, JLA's brand-new AAU Basketball Team!
J Los Angeles is on the lookout for passionate young players who want to sharpen their skills, compete, and be part of an incredible basketball community.
JLA Elite Hoops is a travel team led by seasoned coaches dedicated to developing the next generation of basketball stars. The program focuses on advanced skill development, strategic gameplay, and fostering a winning mentality both on and off the court.

The practice schedule is still TBD. The team intends to start playing in early 2025.
Come meet the staff and try out for the team on September 29 or October 6 at the J Los Angeles gym!

The program is $200 per month. The first month is $250, which includes an initiation fee.
J Los Angeles will not pay for your child to be in the AAU system.
Included in your program fee is a family JCC membership which gives you access and discounts to multiple programs provided here at the J.
Teams will practice twice per week as scheduled by the coach.
Teams will play 1-2 tournaments per month.
No. Tournament fees are included in the program fee.
Players will be provided with gear in their initial package upon joining the team.
Typically, tournaments will be on Saturdays and Sundays. Parents will be notified early if a game is scheduled on a different day.
Transportation will not be provided to game locations.
