Join this specially designed class that focuses on improving strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall endurance in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Strength & Endurance enrollment is open exclusively to J Los Angeles members.

Strength & Endurance classes provide an intense workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance.

J Los Angeles members are provided access to the iClass registration portal and are charged $10 per session. All attendees are required to pre-register.

Schedule


Classes are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7 a.m.

The iClass registration portal will provide an up-to-date schedule of available class times.

How do I register for Strength & Endurance classes?

The first step is to become a member of J Los Angeles.

Membership at the J opens an exciting variety of activities, and the opportunity to become part of this unique community.

J Los Angeles members are provided access to the iClass program registration portal. Choose the class you want, and register.

How much does a Strength & Endurance class cost?

J Los Angeles members are charged $10 for each class.
